Willow Tree House B & B Hotel provides outstanding luxury 5* accommodation in Rye, highly recommended by the AA. The location of Willow Tree House makes it the ideal place to stay when visiting Rye and East Sussex. Parking is very much a premium in Rye so leave your car in our free on-site car park and take the 10 minute stroll into town.

 

All of our 6 luxury bedrooms are en-suite, with power shower cubicles and luxury White Company toiletries with Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels. We have 4 double bedrooms, 1 king-size four-poster bedroom and 1 super-king-size/twin double bedroom.  We have a quiet guest lounge area to read or play board games or maybe the garden, a pleasant space to reflect on a summer’s evening after a busy day.

 

As you would expect from a high quality guest accommodation, each room has been individually furnished to the highest standards, including all the usual items such as Free-view TV, iPhone dock, well stocked courtesy tray and free Wi-Fi, we also provide hairdryers and hair-straighteners. Iron and ironing board are available on request, or we are more than happy to iron the odd item for you. Please note that we cannot facilitate children under the age of 14 years.

 

Our breakfast buffet is laden with an array of fruits, homemade muffins, fruit compote, cereals, juices etc. followed by a traditional cooked English breakfast or smoked salmon with eggs of your choice using locally sourced produce where possible. Willow Tree House B & B Hotel is only a few minutes walk into beautiful Rye town, with its cobbled streets, historic architecture, excellent restaurants, antique shops, pubs and gift shops. We also have the added advantage of ample free parking in our free car park. Don’t miss the famous Rye Town model on display in the Heritage Centre also Lamb House (Mallards in Mapp & Lucia), St Mary’s Church with it’s Elizabethan clock and the Ypres Tower museum.  The new Kino cinema is proving to be a popular asset to the town.

 

There are many local attractions within a short drive from Willow Tree House B & B Hotel including Bodiam Castle, Great Dixter House and Gardens, Sissinghurst house & gardens, Battle Abbey and the Senlac Hill battleground, Batemans, the home of Rudyard Kipling, 1066 country and Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. There is a choice of two steam railways. There are many golf courses in the area-Rye, Littlestone, Dale Hill and Chart Hills.

 

Other local places to visit are the beaches at Camber and Winchelsea, Rye harbour nature reserve, Dungeness.
