The luxury condominium Fazenda Boa Vista is located 86 km from São Paulo. The project designed by the North American office Cooper, Robertson & Partners, and Edward Stone includes complete infrastructure for leisure and security.
There will be two 18-hole golf courses, one of them designed by Arnold Palmer, who needs no introduction. Each course will have its own independent Club House. Also, there will be three polo fields, thirteen tennis courts, an equestrian center for dressage and jumping practice, four soccer fields and a boat house that will give support to water sports.
The development will also include a Fasano Hotel with 26 apartments and a spa. The residential plots vary from 3 thousand to 6 thousand square meters, and the ready-made residences from 600 to 1,200 square meters.
